We met with the doctor yesterday and no progress on the dilation but I am a little more effaced. Baby is still sitting high (even though the bump has significantly dropped) and there are no signs of any labor activity this week - tears!! :( My dad is thrilled as he is away on business and wouldn't miss the birth of the baby for the world. I know that if we do go into labor he will be on the next plane, train, automobile, submarine, pack mule, bike or any other mode of transportation he could find to make it back in time :)
I am very ready to be done, still uncomfortable, ALWAYS grateful for the experience and ability -but looking for the light at the end of the tunnel a this point.

When baby AJC is ready, he/she will make an appearance..and not before! Just hang in there, kiddo! And, you are right...your dad would move heaven and earth to be there when the kidlet arrives!
Guess I better get that box in the mail...
