We started the month with a trip to the Aquarium of the Pacific for my 35th Birthday. The 4 of us with Ga and Mammy and G and Jess. Aiden absolutely loved it and Keegan was really a trooper despite not feeling very well. All of the steroids that Keegan has been taking for his breathing treatments has aided in him getting an absolutely horrific diaper rash and the poor kid has to be wiped with distilled water because everything else burned his bum. We knew that he was going to love the AoP so we decided to brave it and take him. He did love the fish and the seals. I think everyone had a great time...even Mammy in her wheel chair. Jess is in a wedding there this summer so it was a good way for her to see where everything would be and the lay of the land. After we all went to dinner where Aiden spiked a fever and fell asleep on my lap - poor kid :( After walking out of the restaurant I saw the Queen Mary larger than life docked across the way and it was almost as if my Grandma was there saying Hi. She came to this country as a legal immigrant on the Queen Mary and since she has passed I have always felt a strong connection with the ship. I hear that it has actually been bought and the new owner will be moving it which will be very sad. So it was nice to see it when I did.

We
also had a fun family Disneyland trip. Aiden is so getting into going
and before he would get excited when we would get there, and now we can
talk to him about it having good behavior and earning his opportunity to
go to "Mickey's House." Drew and I are loving watching him out grow his
fears as well. Things that he would freak out about before, are now
some of his favorites. Keegan is in the faze where he lights up when he
sees characters which I absolutely love. I don't think he is anywhere
near being ready to touch one yet :) A good family froend of ours have
Aiden a Mickey Mouse jacket on his first birthday with his name
embroidered on it and they gave Keegan one for his birthday as well. Ga
and Mammy for Aiden the matching jacket so they boys have their Mickey
jackets on here

St. Patty's day was a blast. Ga and Mammy were out of town so we all house sat and decided to get together and with G and Jess. Drew attempted to make an awesome authentic Irish meal of corn beef and cabbage with red potatoes but due to a miss calculation in cooking the corn beef we ended up ordering Big O which we all loved. We have a riveting game of dominoes of which Drew and I won and the kids had fun running around.

In a brave move I decided that Aiden needed a haircut desperately but couldn't bring myself to spend $25 on it, so I attempted my first haircut - not too bad if I do say so myself.

We wrapped up the month at Irvine Park for our friend Analeigh's 3rd birthday. It was our first trip there and he will be going back for sure. It was so much fun! There was a bounce house, a train, horses, an easter egg hunt and good friends - what more could you ask for???
