On his actual birthday, we met Mammy and Ga at the pumpkin patch and Aiden ran all over that place. We were remembering when we took him there last year and it's amazing what a difference a year can make. He went from a little boy to a little man and gotten a whole lot braver.
At 8 months pregnant and as big as a house I still wanted to make sure that Aiden had a great birthday. Drew and I wanted him to have a special day that was all about him right before his whole world is going to change. We invited a few of his little friends and went to a park and got him a Cars bounce house. He really had a good time and was actually really into the cake this year which was fun. Drew made him a Lightning McQueen cake which matched his Cars themed party. It was a little on the misty side, but a really fun afternoon.
