We had an awesome Christmas holiday. It was hard without my Grandfather there but it allowed us to open up a conversation with Aiden as to what the true reason for the season was. If you ask Aiden where GGPA lives he will tell you, " with Jesus" which always puts a smile on my face, so with that and the fact that Aiden just had his birthday we were able to explain that the true meaning of Christmas is celebrating the Birth of our Lord and Savior. Aiden decided that we needed to make cupcakes for Him which will become a new fun tradition in our family.
Christmas eve was spent with Drew's family at our house. We had everyone there except the Texas Cox family. They were missed but we were able to talk to them which was fun. We FINALLY got to meet our super cute nephew Lucas. Uncle Bryce, and Aunt Keri crawled int he playroom with all the boys and had so much fun being human jungle-gyms. Then that night Aiden put the cookies out for Santa. Christmas morning the Aiden couldn't wait to get down stairs and see if Flicker had told Santa he was good and brought him his "Twain stuff" that he asked for. Sure enough Flicker and Santa came through with a little help from (well, they know who they are) ;) - Pictures coming soon.
Christmas Day we spent at Ga and Mammy's with G and Jess and the boys were absolutely spoiled rotten! We had an awesome day and ended the evening with a uber competitive game of dominos.

Cute! I can't help but think how much fun Keegan and Anna would have! So close in age. And she would ADORE Aiden...loves "big kids" :)
