We went to the allergist yesterday and the good news is that Keegan has no allergies to animals, food or plants of any kind. He was such a trooper, was quite a flirt and all things considered, he was excellent. As good as that news is, it does not explain his constant ear infections or his wheeziness, so that means that we are probably looking at tubes for him which is fine if it makes him better. They tested the reaction of his ear drum and they certainly are not functioning to their full capability. We will also have to continue on with the breathing treatments and transitioning from the original diagnosis of RAD or Reactive Airway Disease and start treating his asthma. For Keegan that means daily breathing treatments of Budesonide and the occasional Albuterol as needed. There is still a slim hope that he may outgrow this, but for now this is life and we'll adjust to it.
