Yikes - time is flying! I can't believe how busy life gets. The idea is that you grow up, get married, start a family and "settle down." Man, isn't that the biggest load of crud that they fed us all our lives. There is nothing about live that settles down. It just gets busier and more complicated. In my lifetime I would have never guessed that my life would consist of balancing our social calendar with kids birthday parties, baby showers and playdates I would have laughed. I feel like we are busier now than we have ever been. If our lack of blogging is any indication, life has been non stop.
February brought us a visit with Grams, Bryce and Aunt Keri, a Cox Family wedding and a few fun filled trips to Disneyland. Sandy and Keri came out for the wedding of Katie and her "Truelove" Jeremy. Bryce surprised Sandy and Keri and came out for the wedding as well. After the wedding we went to the Disneyland and Aiden was introduced to Mickey and let's just say it didn't go so well. He liked him just fine until he actually reached out and touched him. It all became too real to him at that point and he lost it...completely lost it. We also had a visit with GGPA and then went to Lily's birthday party :) BUSY MONTH!!
March was my birthday and my parents' anniversary, a trip to Arizona to see Uncle Bryce and to go to SPRING TRAINING - WOOHOO. The Dodgers have moved to Arizona so we had to go out and see the new ballpark. We got to catch up with Ann and Travis for lunch one day and also hang out with the Fechners.....and yet more trips to Disneyland. We also had an awesome family trip to the Reagan Library. They have an actual Air Force One that you are able to walk through and tour. It was amazing to see so much history in one building.
April was Daddy's Birthday, friend's birthday parties every weekend and yet more trips to Disneyland. We got to go and catch up with old friends from out of town that we haven't seen in years. Linda and Dianna were out from San Fransisco and New Jersey and then Ann and Travis and the kids came to town from Arizona and we had so much fun at each of our trips.
