Aiden is 6 months!

Aiden is 6 months old today!! These past 6 extremely eventful months have been the most rewarding months of our lives. Aiden is growing into the most active and wonderful little boy. He is constantly on the go and you would never know that just three months ago that he was undergoing heart surgery and felt like he was "drowning" as the doctor put it. We were a little worried that with all of his medical issues that some of his development may be delayed but that couldn't be further from the truth.

Six Month Stats:

• 17lbs, and 28 inches
• Crawling
• Has cut 2 teeth (both bottom)
  
• Holding his own bottle
  
• Pushing himself up from crawling to a sitting position
  
• Transferring toys from hand to hand
• Pulling himself to a standing position
• LOVES baths now that he has his bath seat and toys
  
• AND "talking" up a storm - there is always some sound coming out :)

He is still jumping all the time and also now loves Elmo. He can be mid scream and all you have to do is sing the theme song to Elmo's World and he's smiling and laughing. His laugh is so cute right now I just want to bottle it :)

Easter was fun - he crawled around and did his first Easter Egg Hunt and then attempted to try solid foods. Tried carrots and squash and neither one were a hit. We'll keep working that one out.
