So we went to Aiden's one month check up and everything looks great. He is 10lbs 2oz and is 22 5/8 inches which is still very high in his development range so that's awesome. His platelet counts are climbing back to normal as well and he is eating and sleeping pretty well. He is sleeping anywhere from 3 to 4 to 5 hours at a time at night which is great for his age range. His breathing is getting more regular - thank God!!!
Getting to the speed bump..... while Dr. K was listening to Aiden's heart he heard a murmur, so we have an appointment with a pediatric cardiologist on Thursday. I'm not sure we will find out exactly what that means at this appointment but we will report back none the less.

They didn't hear the murmur in the NICU? That's kinda odd. Did they ever talk about a PDA in the NICU at all? Good vibes and prayers for the A-man, hopefully it is just a benign murmur.
